Halliburton Honored for Online English Training Program with GlobalEnglish

Brisbane, CA, January 19, 2005 — Employees in 36 Countries Dramatically Increase Productivity by Improving English Communication Skills

Halliburton submitted its online English language program with GlobalEnglish in the "Best Virtual Corporate University/Best Use of Technology" category.

The CUBIC Awards were established to honor, recognize and promote corporate universities that are establishing true best practices. An objective panel of judges -- comprised of leading experts and practitioners in the training field -- evaluated and scored each application. The winners were honored at a ceremony in early November during Corporate University Week in Orlando, Florida.
