Global Workforce Optimization and GlobalEnglish Attract Interest During European E-Learning

Kluit's presentation, entitled "Building a Global Service Culture at Hilton International," documented how Hilton University migrated key training programs from classroom to online and, in the process, aligned the training programs with its brand promise for excellent customer service.
