Personal Coaching is particularly ideal for executives, senior managers, and high potentials in your organization.

• Complementing the award-winning GlobalEnglish curriculum, coaching sessions reinforce what employees learn and practice online.
• The 25-minute sessions are held twice per month and are conducted in English via phone or Skype. The coaching team is based around the world to accommodate regional time zones.
• Each session is personalized to meet employees’ specific needs, from providing help with an upcoming presentation or report to extra practice in key skill areas.
• To ensure a high level of consistency, employees work with the same coach for the duration of the coaching relationship.
• An innovative, Web-based platform allows learners to manage all aspects of their coaching sessions, including scheduling, completing preparation and follow-up activities, and accessing feedback.

Supplemental Conversation Class Materials

GlobalEnglish offers supplemental conversation materials to allow teachers to fully integrate their classroom lessons with the GlobalEnglish Corporate Learning Service™. The materials include teacher guides and student workbooks that complement the online courses, and the learning objectives for each lesson are drawn from the GlobalEnglish online curriculum.

The modular design allows instructors to select and sequence topics based on learner needs. The high-interest topics cover both business and non-business situations and are designed to generate thoughtful discussion among learners.
